All sales will need to be paid in full including freight before dispatch

Commissions will be commenced on a contractural basis of 30% deposit, 30% during the creation process and 30% on completion.

Returns will not be accepted when the buyer has changed their mind

Returns will be accepted if an art work is damaged during freight
